For a moment there we had a spell of nice weather here in Westchester so I took the opportunity to load up the dog and the camera and set out to take some pictures. One of the most beautiful local spots I know of is the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, just a 10 minute drive from my home. If you have never visited Stone Barns it is definitely worth the trip. It’s a perfect place for friends and family to take a stroll and view the well maintained property and well cared for menagerie of farm animals that inhabit it. If you work up an appetite (or thirst) you can stop in at Blue Hill at Stone Barns or the Blue Hill Café for a snack and a drink. If you plan to have dinner you had better have reservations.
